MMatthewSome of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back
MMileKruminaI stayed at this hotel with my mom. It’s really close to the airport and a few blocks from “El campin stadium” transmilenio station. Also a shopping mall is a few meters away. I stayed on a Wednesday so there wasn’t much music but I can see how it can be quite loud during the weekends as there are many clubs near by. The breakfast was good and the room was okay. I must say that this hotel feels more like a motel or bed and breakfast as it is extremely basic. No decorations or any living areas that are inviting so it’s good just for a night or two but not for a holiday. There isn’t any elevator and no men that can carry your luggage so my mom carried my suitcase up to the third floor and the receptionist and I carried the big luggage up to the room. The water pressure is great and the hotel has hot water. Also there is satellite tv with options in English and Spanish. I have no idea if the hotel staff speaks English or not as I speak spanish. Overall it was good as the area is safe and close to most places I wanted to go like Monserrate.
